Congratulations to the 1st yr boys Gaelic Football squad who have won the South Leinster First Year Final, beating St. Peter's College Wexford on a score of 6-14 to 1-05. The game was played in Milford, Carlow last week. 

Mr Carbury and Mr McHugh are extremely proud of all the students who defended excellently and as a team combined very well to score some fantastic goals and points. They are delighted too with the commitment shown by the boys to stay back for training on Fridays and their manners in thanking the teachers each week as they left the pitch. They are looking forward to working with this team in the future and are hoping it is the start of a great rewarding journey for the team in Gaelic football in Scoil Mhuire.
