Congratulations to Emily Perris who was one of the winners of the Croí Laighean Credit Union Bursary last week . She receives a total of €6,000 towards her 3rd level education fees. There were six schools involved in the bursary with 3 finalists from each school selected and interviewed. There were 2 bursaries awarded and Emily was delighted to be one of the winners on the night. She plans to study science in Maynooth starting in September. Our other two finalists were Luke Hogkiss and Niamh Lawlor who received €250 each. A huge thanks to Croi Laighean Credit Union for this generous contribution. The presentation took place last Friday in the school and the cheque was presented by Martin Fitzgerald of Croi Laighean.
